NOTES FOR THE ABOVE BAND PLAN TABLE

(1) - Point-to-point links will be ground-to-communications site only.  Communication-site-to-communication-site links will not be allowed.

Repeater and Point-to-Point Links

Emissions = 13K6F3E, +/-2.5kHz maximum deviation
3kHz highest applied audio frequency
Transmitter Audio Lowpass Filter Attenuation for 3kHz to 20kHz = 100log(f/3) where f = frequency in kHz
Channel Spacing = 12.5kHz (902.1125/927.1125 to 902.9875/927.9875, etc...)
Repeater Spacing (for offset 'A') = 25MHz
Repeater Spacing (for offset 'B') = 22MHz
Frequency Tolerance (fixed and mobile) = 1.5ppm (0.00015%)
9xx.9000MHz repeater frequencies reserved for open repeater coordinations

(2) - GROUP repeater input channels for multiple system use; low noise channels, restricted to 5W ERP.  Multiple coordinees per channel.  Never as a coordinee's primary input.  Use limited to auxiliary repeater inputs only.

(3) - Wideband digital ground transmit only.

(4) - FM ATV:  Ground simplex transmit only or repeater input paired with other band repeater output.  No high-level site transmit permitted.  100W ERP directional maximum.  10W ERP omni-directional maximum.  Video deviation 3MHz.  Occupied bandwidth 12MHz (including all subcarriers).  Overlap with an AM ATV repeater output on 919.25MHz will be handled on case-by-case coordination.  Use of optional 912MHz carrier requires tight transmit bandwidth control.  Digital TV allowed but must conform to the current 6MHz bandwidth usage.

(5) - Wideband digital communications site transmit only.  Horizontally polarized, directional, 2W ERP maximum.

(6) - Simplex point-to-point links will be ground-to-ground or ground-to-communication-site only.  Communication-site-to-communication-site links will not be allowed.
